Lots of things have to happen. first off your BB instructor has to send in your Membership forms and fees. They then have to be processed and matched up with your on line logged in and here is where a lot of problems start. you get people who sign up William Robert smith however when they fill out their membership forms they sign up as Billy Bob smith. Well of course the computer does not recognize this as the same two people and their membership sits in limbo till Billy bob get hold of the membership chairman and lets his know that yes he really is William Robert Smith. If everything matches up the Volunteer Membership Coordinator usually gets things processed in about a week.
Send a request into Steve our Membership coordinator to join the forum. Like Walter said you can contact him at membership@ipscalberta.com if you'd like CC me as well SZD@ipscalberta.com I'm not sure if I'll be helpful though. Include your full name so he can verify that you're a member in good standing with IPSC BC. Then you'll need to also join our registration website using the same username and password as you did on our forum website. You'll have to wait for approval on that site as well. Be sure to use the EXACT same name on both sites or it will confuse us! IE. if you use Robert when registering on one site and Rob on the other it will mess with the system!
Then after all that you'll be able to register for matches. The Brooks match June 20 and 21st is almost full, but you may have a shot of getting in. Payment for matches can be via snail mail or EMT. Info for that is on the website. Payment at the match is not accepted.
