i just received and installed the ALG act trigger a nice upgrade from a standard mil spec smooth trigger pull and a nice break the oversized pins are a nice touch and adding a slave pin makes installation easier. Act is slick feels like its oiled when its not overall I'm very happy and a great price thanks arms east.
 
Anyone know if the ALG Act trigger and that handguard will work on a JR carbine?

Just bought one. Hate quad rails but I want iron sights, and the stock trigger kinda sucks and I'm looking for an inexpensive trigger with no creep and a good clean break

JR use a standard AR trigger. It should work. Please buy one and let us know. If not you can send it back for a refund, no worries.

I currently own 3 ALG ACT's, 2 of them are installed in my ARs, and the third is in my ACR. They are fantastic and the best trigger upgrade you can get this side of a geissele SSA.

Think I will. I see the ALG rail has 2 lugs at the back to keep it aligned with the receiver. My stock one is drifting under recoil, which puts the sights off. Very irritating...
