I just ordered a barrel today from Shooters Discount and my 10/22 will be done. It's being shipped FedEx Ground, so who knows how long that will take. I had to file down my sear to get the safety to work, but otherwise it has been a pretty painless (except for the price) process. I will post some pics when it is done, although the gun itself doesn't look terribly exciting. She's all black.

Hey KDX, I'm in the same boat with my 10/22 project. I ordered a barrel from Rimfire Sports but it is back ordered. They haven't replied to my e-mails. I checked the Shooters Discount web site and it says that they do not ship outside of the States. How did you go about ordering from them?
I did the order and then was informed via email that there would be a $27.00 shipping fee to Canada for FedEx. They supplied a link in the email for the charge, or at that point I could have cancelled the order. The guy seems OK to deal with, prompt emails etc. There is only one 16" blued fluted one left I think.
