All round bullet weight for 7mmRem Mag.

guess I'm the odd man out I load with 175grn for my 7mm RM

but I'm loading for moose, deer are incidential targets of oppertunity where I'm hunting.

who's sig line reads "Deer member of the sausage family" sort of sums it up

Hornady 162 BTSP or Nosler Accubond 160's. :) I prefer the 160 grain range for bullet weight. The lighter 140's etc. do shoot a little flatter but the 160s retain more energy at long range and still shoot plenty flat. :)

Hey Woodchopper, I load 175gr as well, in fact I used to only load the 175gr Partition....when it was a semispitzer.

150s for me. I've taken every thing from sheep to moose with no problem. I can't remember the last time i've needed a second shot.

I use nothing but 160 grain Sierra GameKing, Spitzer Boat Tails for hunting and target shooting. I also liked the 100 grain Hollow Point for sh$ts and giggles on varmints.

7m/m

Have had great results on moose with 160 Speer Magtip with I recall 63gr IMR4350 and taken maybe takem my last 12 deer with 150gr Sierra GameKing and Nosler Partition. I know its a lot of bullet for deer but my rifle likes those 150's best.
