All Ruger P345 SA/DA owners... question for you:
If you put the safety/decock on, pull the trigger back as far as it will go, then pull the hammer back all the way while still holding the trigger back and release the hammer only, does the hammer slip past the sear and drop?
I also noticed that if I repeatedly pull the trigger with the safety on it will (after 10+ pulls) release the hammer.
I was very surprised by this and wonder if I have a problem or if this is a Ruger thing :S
*FYI- the safety does move the firing pin forward, but, it isn't very comfort inspiring to have a hammer fall when it's not supposed to.
If anyone can confirm with their 345, it would be appreciated - I'm sending mine in.
~Cheers
