Birchwood Casey makes it. Any shop selling their stuff will likely have it. Try LeBaron's, if you're in Montreal. CRappy Tire maybe.
Plan 'B' is BBQ paint. If you want flat black. It's made for AL and is reasonably cheap. Krylon should work well too.
 
It works great on some gevarm 22's. I refinished a gevarm that had a lot of chipped finish, otherwise the gun was in exc condition. It turned out a shade of grey because of the
metal composition. But it was worth doing and the finish really works into the receiver.
 
BS. I've got a bottle here that I bought recently from a vendor at a gun show. And it was most definitely new stock. Keep checking with the shops in your region.
