The 10mm caliber is one of my favorite, just found a Thureon Defense in 10mm + one extra G20 mag from Clay @ Prophet and a local dealer (Montreal) just put aside for me 500 rounds Rem UMC 180 gr of 10mm for 254.00 out of the door (good deal ), gone be fun going marmott hunting with this little rifle... JP.

A few years back I read an article by Ken Hackathorn about an MP5 chambered in 10mm. He said it kicked ass more than any other pistol caliber carbine he had ever shot.

Interested in your review.

I know those things ate themselves...we have a local PD that uses them which is probably the awesomest thing I've ever heard.

But frankly I don't care if they only last 10,000 rounds...that gun is a wet dream and a half for me. I don't imagine I'll ever own one but just the idea tents the hell out of my pants.

Caramel, as long as toy don't start posting 1/4 moa accuracy at 100 yards you'll be good to go. ;)

For a local PD, 10,000 rounds fired per gun likely won't be an issue.

Interesting, i hadn't heard about limited durability. Here's the link the KH article on the MP5 for those that are interested (sorry for the derail):

Depends on the unit...I know quite a number of guys with duty pistols in the 50-75,000 range. ERT units in some areas actually train with their guns; that seems to be the rule rather than the exception locally to me. 10,000 rounds goes quick on any gun used in training exercises.

Glock G20 mags and this is one unit i will not use for groups lol, just a kick ass semi carbine rifle to bring to the range to shot betwen my 308 runs... JP.

These little rifles shoot some good groups...you might be surprised.
