Is this company still in existence ? If so quality wise..where do they fall in comparison to other middle of the run shotguns

They were an importer who are no longer in business. Parts are not that easy to come by and from most reports, there were a number of issues with the guns. I think you would be better off looking at something else unless the gun was cheap enough to warrant taking a chance.
