308 is not even one of the cartridges, shows the worth of the survey.

Well at least 19%+ said it must have an M14 magazine... leaves out at least 3 of the 4 cartridges suggested...AP

Thats one of the stupidest polls ever. With the exception of the 30-06 none of the cartridges are easy to load with match rounds, can't buy match rounds over the table. Why not .260? .308? .300WM?

I didn't think that the 30 06 was that good of a long range cartridge......?

Strange the 308 isn't there.

The .30-06 is rarely used for sniping; they didn't use any commonly used cartridges like the .308, .300WM, .338LM, or the .50BMG. It's true, the validity of the survey has really dropped.
