They are making suppressed and unsuppressed versions

If you read the comment they say the are making a 16" version with fake suppressor and they will be chambered in 7.62x39 and a test batch in 9x39. It would be nice but 99.999% sure the RCMP would call it an AK variant just because

I'd have to make some room in my safe for that. I believe the VSS has a completely different reciever configuration than an AK... aside from the safety switch. Visually vaguely similiar... probably enough so for the gun nazis in the RC lab but heres hoping

Don't get your hopes up - /k/ommandos have tried to do stuff like this before. I'd be very surprised if it went anywhere.

But hey, I'm a pessimist who didn't think the LGR would get scrapped.
