Good thing I reload. I went into the local CT and all they had left was 303 and some 300WSM. Something to be said for doing it yourself.

Nothin. And they had lots of it. Lol. I know walyworld is real thin now too. I did get 2 of the last 6 boxed of 2.5" 410's. I was surprised they had any left.

My closest CT was rife with various .22LR, .22 WMR, .17 HMR, all popular centerfire (.223, .22-250, .243, .25-06, 6.5x55, .270, 7mm-08, 7mm RM, .30-30, .308, .30-06, .300 WM, .303, .338 WM) in fed power shok/rem core lokt/win power point, and shotgun from 100-packs of target loads through heavy fowl loads, buckshot, and slugs.

I have a huge wad of CT money in the drawer at home, hope they accept it for ammo purchases. My store hasn't even asked to see my PAL, just if I have it on me, then they bring it up to the counter and off I go. I was actually kinda surprised. I have like $100 in CT money I always forget at home :)

This place is an exception....most I've been too, if you're lookin' for more than .22, 7mm, 30 cal or 12 gauge you're SOL

This is just like the little CT we have, they have all this except they dont have 7mm-08 or 25-06, they have a huge selection and there prices are great compared to some places around here

Thats about my CT's selection too plus 270 and 300 WSM. Not that I care as I roll my own.

But I had 10$ in CT money today so i bought a 21$ box of Federal blue box .270 Win. Can't say no to 20 rounds for 12$ :) . Good for lining up scopes and once fired brass.

Guess I'm lucky.
CT here has everything now, full gunshop, reloading, ammo, scopes including leupold not just the low end stuff.
And they take CT money, so I buy my gas there get CT money back for gas purchase and get my supplies much cheaper.

Can't ask for a better arrangement.
