I hope this is the proper forum for my questions.
I`m in the process of making an ammunition display.I shall have an entire round(in the middle)the bullet for the round(on top) and the headstamp for each representative round on the bottom.Anywho ,I will be cutting the headstamps off the case via dremel or bandsaw while keeping the primers intact. What would be the best way of rendering the primer inoperative before proceeding with cutting.Would pouring water/oil in the case and letting it sit work ?Opinions ?
Also ,what`s the best way of obtaining rounds(2-3)to add to my display, without having to purchase a whole box, probably via mail.
thankyou
