From a quick internet search it should be headstamped (19)76

Shouldn't be. Not with that late date.

I've shot a lot of that ammo, much of it earlier manufacture that wasn't corrosive primed.

Stilllllllllllll you can't always say NEVER so clean appropriately. Only takes a few extra minutes
