i have a cooey 600 bought last december. this afternoon i went to shoot a few ammo from a new box of remington golden bullet. on 20 round, i got 1 misfire and 2 round get stuck at the exit of the feeding tube. i was forced to disassemble the rifle 2 time to remove it. it's the first i shoot this model of ammo. is it common or just my rifle that don't like them.

I try to avoid Remington ammo. It's easy for me to blame the ammo right away...

Have you had successes with a different ammo? Have you disassembled your rifle recently? The takedown stud has a nut (or 2 on later models) that affect the travel of the magazine tube. This not being set properly can cause issues with cycling.

I stopped getting misfires when I went to CCI Minimags. Shoot in my CZ452, BSA Martini, CZ85 Kadet and Winnie 9422 without misfires or misfeeds. Got a case in the safe. Every 22 I have owned loves the stuff and its accurate. I dont bother with other ammo. My 1022 loved it and started the love affair with CCI.

it's a good idea but it's the first thing i checked and it's ok. when i reassemble it after cleaning, i always screw it completely and after i unscrew 1/4 to 1/2 turn to be sure it's not overtighten.
