Ammo for 308 garand?

Any one know if federal blue box 150 grn is safe to shoot in a 308 garand?

Yes. The only thing I would worry about is that the primers are notoriously softer than milspec ammo. The firing pin has a bounce that puts a dent in every primer. It is how it is, not a problem that can be mechanically fixed. Be aware that you may have doubling fire, especially if you have a soft trigger finger or recoil position. Hold it snuggly and pull the trigger all the way through its stroke.

Is it also safe to assume all the czech, mfs and norinco ammo is okay as well.
