Can I use 32 S&W Short for Nagat revolver?

I have used Long with no problem. I'm not sure about Short. Why would you want to use it? Even the S&W Long is not as good as the real deal 7.62 Nagant.

It seems to come up on the EE once in a while, usually at about $40 a box.

I believe at times Ellwood Epps has been able to bring it in from Old Western Scrounger in the US. You might also try Fiocchi.
