Firstly, 40 out of 51,000 rounds of ammunition doesn't seem like a big deal but I'd imagine the solider in the battle who ends up with a problem will think otherwise so I'd imagine some people would do the best they can to make sure that doesn't happen again. :)

Also wanting limits placed on the drawings when the ammunition is working right, sounds almost to me like Dewry is wondering how much can be gotten away with in sloppy war time production. Guess he feels the machinists are spending too much time making tools to really tight tolerances to get ammunition out as close to spec. and the same as possible ?? :confused:
