Hope I can get some help regarding my problem.

I just picked up a hardly fired Para LDA Ltd in 40 cal. I also purchased quite a bit of minor power factor ammo(supposedly what they shoot in IPSC) from Wolf Bullets.

I tried to shoot about a 100 rounds by now and almost every shot the gun jams. It doesnt bring the slide forward enough or the casing gets stuck coming out. Now... my other 40 cal pistol(desert "baby" eagle) has no issues with the ammo.

I guess I can try factory ammo, but like I said I have a big inventory of this Wolf ammo now. I also would like to use this pisto and ammo for shooting IPSC.

Any thoughts???

It's the spring. In my XD40 it's the same problem. With the installed factorey spring I have to load up my rounds close to max to cycle consistantly.
Either purchase factory ammo, or change a recoil spring.

Anothe thing I just thought of was to just check to make sure the bearing surfaces between the slide and the frame are clean; I had a Beretta jam up due to a combination of excessive oiling and cold wather. I still think you need a lighter spring, but this may also cause some of it.

Seem's everyone is on the right page, we also have a 16-40.
if I am not mistaken the factory spring is 14 lbs. Currently we
have a 11 lb. spring. My son does not shoot minor but we did
get a deal on a case from Wolf and shot it in practice with no
issues. Hope this helps.
