Ammo quote, opinions?

Hey guys
So I ran across a bunch of surplus ammo for about $500 for 440 rounds of lakefeild 30-06. It comes on the en blocs also. I have never bought surplus 30-06 so Im not sure if this is standard or high? I can only compare it to store bought which isnt exactly accurate.

Thats a good price. The enblocs themselves go for anywhere from 3 to 10$ each. Does it also come with the cloth bandoleers? or an ammo can?
