Ammo to avoid using in my p226

mine likes fiocchi, speer, American eagle (federal), hornady

I stay away from pmc, norinco, and Winchester (white box) not the guns preference just maybe a superstition I could have.

Maybe someone with more experience could comment about Sellier & Bellot, wolf, Barnaul and cci blazer?

Most of the commercial ammo I shoot is Sellier & Bellot. Fired thousands of it with my various Sigs. Never had an issue and pretty accurate
Also fired 1000's of Wolf reload without problems
The only ammo I had some issue was Winchester white box, and I know it was the ammo

In the Sig P226 I had, lead bullets were horrible, the barrel woiuld lead up very quickly, worse than any other pistol I ever owned. The range I shot at when I owned it required reduced loads with lead bullets only due to backstop issues/concerns, the same load worked great in many other 9mm's including Glocks. My guess would be a rough bore in the Sig.

Mine runs Blazer no problem. Of course, mine seems to run anything.
