Ammo Unboxing .22 LR

“We had two crates of 7.62x39, seventy-five boxes of .22lr, five sheets of reactive targets, a salt shaker half full of black powder, and a whole galaxy of bird shot, buckshot, slugs, steel shot... and also a pound of Hogdon, a pound of IMR, a case of .45 ACP, a pint of Hoppe's No. 9 and two dozen bear bangers. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get locked into a serious ammo collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.”

Why do you have 5000 rounds. No one needs 5000 rounds. This is far too excessive. What do you need 5000 rounds for? Are you going to start a war?

So you don't have to worry about finding 10/22 ammo come summer. I bought 5000 last summer - maybe 1500-2000 rounds left. Makes life easier when you don't have to hunt down 500-1000 rounds for a weekend of plinking. If only there was a family pack of different types of .22lr...nudge nudge wink wink CanAm.

Thought there was an ammo shortage. With all the threads coming up all the time you'd almost start to believe it.

Congrats on the case of ammo though. Have fun.
