Ammo

Buy a handful of different brands at your local store, and try them all. Different guns like different ammo.

Anything that goes bang man, sighting in a mini will be as easy with American eagle bulk as it will be with match IMO, there not extremely accurate rifles, but besides that have a great reputation for being rugged and reliable.

Steve Janes advice may be just what you need. You don't have a real accurate rifle to begin with. Find a cheap ammo that shoot good in it and buys lots of that ammo and stick with it. You will likely be wasting money shooting match ammo in a 14 mini ruger.

Remember, different ammo will give you a different point of impact. Sight it in for one kind of ammo, and chances are it might be off with another.
Choose whatever ammo you intend to use most often and go with it.
