I have the same wrench buried on my desk here. I believe it is for the 60mm mortar. The stock number on it is interesting in that it is a Canadian NSN but they did not put the country identifier (21) in the numbers. Usually only the Americans did that, predating the NSN system with their FSN system.

Full number should be 5120-21-102-3593. I looked it up on my old Canadian NSN microfiche, and it only describes the wrench and not what it's used on.

If you google the "M32 primer" that is listed on the wrench, you get this:
M32 PERCUSSION PRIMER FOR THE M49A4 H.E. 60MM MORTAR BOMB

I also see the M32 percussion primer listed as an alternate for the m69 60mm practice round.
