AMT 22 rifle Q?

I have 2 AMT 22 semi auto rifle Ruger 1022 clones.

Can anyone tell me definitively what parts are interchangeable with the 1022?

I know the barrels/stocks are cause I have already.
What about trigger/action parts?

I have been told that the hammer and sear are different ( which is how they got around the patent I assume?)
The bolt/firing pin/extractor/mag release etc??

Great guns BTW. Better trigger stock than the 1022 and seemingly quality parts/build.
