Hi! I ran a search going back 3 years and couldn't find anything. I suppose this could go in the Red Rifles forum too, but since the original stock is black plastic and not wood, black rifles wins out.

What is the status of this rifle? It's a weird gas/recoil hybrid operation in 5.45R, touted as the replacement to the AK74. However, it doesn't appear to be based on the AK action, and it is absent from the list of specifically restricted/prohibited firearms, despite being released in 1994.

I would assume it was prohib, someone will know for certain on here. Reading the world guns site is says the gun is select fire so unless they made a semi-auto receiver for civilian use i'm pretty sure it would be prohib.... and it wouldn't really make sense to do a semi-auto receiver when this guns main improvement(if you would even call it that) is the 2 round burst capability.
