An impromptu lesson on rifle shooting

Found the same thing 20 years ago with the Steyr AUG. Foregrip is great for close quarters, but a pain at longer distance. At least with the Aug you can fold it up horizontally.

I think it all depends on what kind of shooting you are doing. I trained for real life shoots, not about pin point accuracy or scoring the most points. I trained to put the f*cker down before they put me down. As for the AFG I used it overseas, with an EoTech and 14.5" barrel. I could hit targets out to 300m reliably, not every single shot but at least 8/10 prone with kit and holding the AFG. As for anything within 150 I could do rapid shots much quicker than others who were using the magwell. Like previously stated the AFG gives you that point of reference every time. Is it for everyone, hell no. But if it works for you, then go for it. As for me, it's made my real life shooting much better.

Also regarding the video. . . was it just me or was he slapping the trigger on a bunch of his shots?

Thats what I was wondering as well in addition to pulling the charging handle more times than the trigger, his overall handle on the weapon looked like he was a "tad" nervous.

I ####ing hate my voice.

on another note, remember the guys trying to throw clays? we should have video taped that....
