What makes an outstanding company?
Is it offering great products? Fast shipping? Good prices? No. Those are things we should expect from any business that hopes to thrive in any competitive market. To me an outstanding company is one that, above offering all that is expected from them, is willing to go out of their way to keep their customers happy.
I have dealt with many businesses over the years and one company has stood above the rest with services and customer care that they are willing to provide: Canada Ammo in my book is an outstanding company.
This is my first appreciation thread and I will not go into details about what they did for me as a customer, but as a business owner myself, I have to say it is refreshing to deal with a company that is willing to provide top notch customer service in a sector where most business have a very unaccommodating attitude towards their customers.
