An such thing as a Scope mount adaptor or rail set up?

I have these scope grooves on an old mossberg .22 of mine, and I want to mount my tasco red dot on it, but it uses the weaver mounts.

I don't want to drill mounts into this rifle, so...

Is there such a thing as an mount adaptor that I can slot on the existing grooves on the rifle with weaver mounts on top?

Also it needs to be something available in Canada.
