I had tons of fun with my display I was beside another board member who brought his Russian dewat Mg collection which was VERY impressive .great turnout almost as good as the old days .
Hi Mark, yea, it was a pretty good show, and I meet about 4 or 5 more Gunnutz, but of coarse, I can't remember anyones names .... The one thing I did notice this time, there seemed to alot more women at the show, and families walking around. Good to see on both accounts.
hey i was there but i must have missed you guys, i havent ben there in a while but when i got there boy was it packed, i did however catch the mg collection in the back room very nice guys. gotta love the mp44.
I almost left without seeing the mg collection. As me and my friend were about to leave i saw what looked like a bren gun on a tripod in the side room, so i went in and observed all the neat goodies. Looking at that Mp44 made me feel good to be alive though
I spent too much money on ammo again! I did see the machine gun exibit and was impressed. I would have stopped to talk for a couple of hours but I was with a friend who doesn't frequent this board and wanted to get back to the missus.
I had a great time at the show !! It was nice to blow some of the dust off my MG's,and set them up with Mark's collection in the side room. Wow was it busy! I've not set up a table/display for years...We need more to follow and go Gunshow Retro!! Like back in the days when the smell of cosmolene filled the hall, and the siggi smoke burned your eyes! I would've brought more, but the van I rented was maxed out.Got some great leads, met some fellow CGNers, and gota good work out loading n unloading the gear! I may do the Mississauga show in May,anyone else going to set up there?
