I got my new (to me) 858 today and I'm really exited to get to the range.

I'm really surprised at how light it is and at how small. I was expecting it to be larger and heavier. I think I'm really gonna like this rifle. I deffinately see a scope in the future.

I was quite surprised the first time I handled one, they are much better handling than an AK. I can see why the Czech military kept it. Congratulations on the new addition.

I'm really impressed with the quality of workmanship on this rifle. The tollerences are pretty tight considering. Plus the bolt is soo simple.

My only beef is the pistol grip is a bit small.

agreed ..... and also the stripper clip dont stay on the carrier when charging, could manage it if i use two hands.
