Hi guys my father has a sxs 410 that his father left to him after he passed away. On the right side barrel it says Animo" Eibar and on the left it says "made in Spain" the reciver of the gun is engraved with swirls and such.


Do you guys have and information on this shot gun. And are parts available for them. The gun Is mint except the right barrel will not fire (belived to be because of a broken firing pin.
 
on both the bottom of the barrel and the part of the receiver where the barrel attaches there are 3 symbols one looks like a shield with a x in the center and a circle coming out of the top with a line curving to the left on top. then what looks like 2 guns crossing in an x with a 2 in the middle. then the third looks like another shield with a small oval in the top left, a larger oval on the right and another larger oval underneath both inside the shield.
then there's an I.G. in a fancy border followed by what I assume is the serial number. there's also a rectangle with 410-76 on it.
 
Jeeze, 2 years and still no info from us, eh?
I don't have anything to offer except that the parts are usually no too complicated to make, so just about any gunsmith should be able to have your dad's gun up-and-running again.
