That looks like an old deer.
Way to go Jarrod!
Which barrel did you wear on your rifle for the adventure?
Nice to see things are turning around for you. He will taste much better than horse.

His mass is misleading, I think he may only be 3-4 years. He weighs around 230 gutted. The bucks I've seen in this area are all very thick, but this was the first non spiker I've seen without drop tines.

I think he is old because he has got the Toupee look on the top of his head, the scars on the muzzle as well as greying around the eyes and nose. Are you sure he is only 3-4? My guess is 6+

I know what you're saying but I ran into him(pretty sure) last season and he was sporting the same rack sans the mass and even a smaller body. I guess the fork test will tell.
314where bouts were you vaguely, as in south ab, north ab west, east?
Thanks all.

That's the Swede. Hornady "custom"140gr interlock @ 120 yds no recovery. If everything goes real well...I'll sight the 9,3 in for next week. If Christie hasn't filled her cow moose tag we may need to talk as I saw at least 1 cow a day in that spot.
