Bought a svt 40 from them and took it out today.Shot three rnds and the spring seezed up in the bolt.It wont move at all.Phone them up and ask what they can do and they say send it back.Great i say you guys will fix it.He says ya we give a good rate for gunsmithing services.I say what. You are going to charge me to fix a gun that seezed up after a few shots.I couldnt believe he was serious.Anyways i wont send it back and will never deal with them pricks again.

You voice your displeasure with them in another thread, seems kinda childish to start another thread on the same thing.

I personally have met Sean from more guns. Seems like a pretty easy fella to get along with.....

So far I have done 3 deals with them and so far so good...... I have never had a problem with a firearm from them, so I have no idea how their customer support is.....

Sorry about your luck......

Customer support is lacking. It felt like i was bugging him or something and he didnt care less.Maybe i am wrong but thats the feeling i got.

So are theese prone to happen with theese guns?Wish i knew before i bought one.I understand theese are surplus but if its happening alot then people should be aware of it.

First time i saw that issue, i have svt 40 and never had any kind of failure with it. ofc, like all surplus rifle, they should get cleaned and inspected carefully to make sure everything is in working order. Thoses rifle are usually very reliable. Have you been able to take it appart after your problem to see if something is broke?

Sorry, but if you are looking for sympathy, it's in the dictionary between #### and syphillus.

You bought a surplus rifle. Your dealer needed to represent the condition, which means unless it was being sold still in the cosmoline, they needed to have a quick look for rust, pitting, missing parts, and regular function of the action. Assuming all appeared well, and they didn't misrepresent the condition, you got what you paid for.

Surplus means used, and to some degree, worn. It's not new. It's not covered by a warrantee. If you're lucky, they will have or locate a replacement part and get you back into business.

It sucks that you bought a gun with a defective part. I'd be pissed as well. I'd call the dealer as you did to see if they had any spares.

Seriously man... I'm dealing with Sean right now and he's OK in my books.

As for your rifle seizing up, I seen your post in another thread and I have to agree, childish is right. Dude, you SHOT the rifle, it ####ed up. #### happens.

I ordered a VZ off martsar a few years back. The dust cover blew off. I did not call and tell him to eat #### and die, I called and told him what happened. He sold me another dust cover for 35$. I was pleased.

Ki11ercane made a huge reply to your previous post in the other thread. I don't get what you don't seem to understand, you might want to face the fact the world is not trying to #### on your back.

So you bought a surplus gun without any research on your part? Got to be the dealers fault that sold it to you.

I would be pretty pissed if a surplus rifle seized up after 3 shots.
Are the rifles sold as-is? If that is stated, then whatever, just bad luck.
What if the rifle exploded and injuried pc9, since they're surplus and apparently it's acceptable for them to malfunction?
Just to cover their ass in the future, they might want to make it known that they're sold as-is.
If I ever buy a svt40, I think I'll go the used & proven route.

i undestand that the are surplus and this can happen but i didnt expect that i would be charged a gun smithing fee to fix it.Ya i am pissed off and this isnt the first bad dealing with him.If other people want to deal with them than thats fine.

He should be able to take/send the rifle back and exchange it for another svt that works, plain and simple.
