Hello To Everyone!!

What can I say? My name is Matt and I like anything to do with guns, the military, hunting, the outdoors and all things dangerous. I have an extreemely black, sarcastic and politically incorrect sense of humor and will not be serious unless I have to be. I love spending my time in the summer at my family's cottage in Minaki, Ontario doing ANYTHING outside.

Currently I work for Shaw, but am looking to go back to school to become a Conservation Officer. I have 7 girlfriends at the moment, My Remington 1100 12g, Old Ranger single shot 12g, Remington 740 BDL 30/06, Lee Enfield No. 4 303, 1 fairly stock ruger 10/22, 1 Ultimate 10/22 and a Browning Trombone. No female girlfriend to speak of, but that's ok till I find the right one, I can spend my money on my toys for the time being.

I am interested in getting more involved in the shooting community, and look forward to attending some CGN events. I would also be very interested in getting to know more Manitoban enthusiasts, as I currently only have 2 shooting buddies, especially fantastic women shooters....there is just something about a woman with a gun that is so......i've said too much:D

I enjoy my time on here and look forward to hopefully meeting some of you fine folks.
 
If you have not already, join a shooting club and enjoy the summer. I shoot as well at any time winter weather allows. Our club is open daylight hours 7 days a week. Gives you a lot of time to arrange time. I love the old Winchester levers ( pre- WWI), Mossberg .22s (1930s) and just lately my Enfields... .#1 Mark III* .410 and .303 both DOM 1918. .223 Savages for target and 30-06 and .270 for game.

um where is the club i have bin looking for one close by , is there a web page? whats the cost

Sekirk game and Fish is close by and handy. I think if you google it, you'll find it fairly easy. Prairiemedic is a member here and on the exec.

Yup....Selkirk game and Fish is a great range. I have been there coming on 2 years and at thier prices, you cannot go wrong. Within a 1/2 hour drive of the North perimeter.
