I've found myself getting into stocking guns, and as such, collecting fine wood. Here's my current "inventory", figured some here might find it interesting. I'll post pics as I make more stocks out of them.

That is some really nice looking stuff there. I really like how the grain flows throughout the stock. Wish my 10/22T had that on it.

If you don't mind me asking - how do you seal it to prevent checking? All my stuff warped and checked no matter what I did to slow the drying.
Nope, Savage Scout, restocked it in some fine walnut for a challenge.

Ps, also, thought I should mention you can stop a crack from progressing with cyanoacrylate (super glue), it's so thin it flows into the fine portions of cracks through capillary action, and stops them in their tracks. Totally invisible in the finished product, strong as all heck.
