Another Great find at Bulls Eye today !!

I stopped it and decided to have a peek at the new shipment of Chinese SKS that they received a couple of weeks ago .

Well as always the Scott and his excellent staff was on hand ,, after looking a a number of SKS's we found one with the Bakelite ( French Tickler ) hand guard .

Long story short .... That baby came home with me .

AS always , great finds , Excellent service , my No 1 gun shop , well worth the hour drive to get there !

the pic is fussy but the hand guard and dimples on the top are in perfect condition.

That looks a lot like my Norinco SKS, parkerized and everything.

Norinco. China North Industries Corporation is a conglomerate that was formed in 1980 to provide R D, manufacturing, marketing and other services. It s involved in high-tech anti-aircraft, battle tanks to oil field equipment.
When it comes to SKS, Norinco is basically an exporter. They do not actually manufacture them, they contract them out to factories that jointly develop other firearms with them.
 
Hi Bodogh , I was there at opening , I must have missed you as no one else was looking at the SKS when I was there .

Yes good selection , they received 30 a couple of weeks ago but I could not make it down ,,, there was 18 left when I was there .

Hi Adam134 , I don't know if they do I found it in box no 4 so my search was over lol.

I don't know if the Bakelite hand guards are rare but this is the first one I have seen in person . Now I can look at one everyday lol.

Bulls Eye is are great store , huge selection of Everything in shooting and the Staff are the Best !!!!!!!

This is exactly the reason I recommended my bud head there once he got his RPAL. Just great staff with great selection with even better attitudes somehow
