Another milsurp ammo question

So I though the ammo on the right was Hirtenberger, but as you can see, compared to real Hirt ammo, its not. So what is it? Writing seems to be German.

Also, the Chinese made soft pint at the bottom of the pic states that it is non-corrosive. Is it really? Steel green/grey case. Brass Berdan primers.

I have no clue on the top two but yes, the bottom stuff is non-corrosive. I've shot a pile of it and never had any rusting issues. Used to be cheap back in the day. Haven't seen any for a while.

From quick Google search, looks like the box on right was made for West German NATO - the "weichkern" apparently means "soft kernel" or "soft core" meaning there would be no penetrating pin in that bullet, although it should be FMJ. Versus HP, which was made in Austria, of course.
