Another mosin Cant ID

Picked up another mosin. Typical mixmaster refurb,,,but,,, the marking or lack thereof are strange, including brass wood ends on the top forestock........The fellow I got it from seems to think it saw Spanish civil war service. Don't know why cause it doesn't have the marks that I could look up. Have seen many mosin and the lack of a cryllic prefex to the s/n seems odd too. Will post pics of the various markings and leave it to the hive mind on CGN to try to figure it out.

The Cyrillic prefix was not introduced until 1937 at Factory No. 314.

With the angles provided, it looks like a post-war style hand guard to me but if it has visible rivets on either side of the tab, it is a pre-war style.

Without any cartouches or markings the "usual suspects" are wire hangers, heavily handed stock, force matched parts outside of the typical Finnish style and replacement cleaning rods or hand guards.

The action was not reblued and being a 1936 it's very likely a SCW rifle.
