another "need your feedback and opinions thread" on budget glass

this is my first "Optics" thread for me, in each section it seems like regular questions come up and this I think would be a reoccuring one so I appologize if it seems redundant... Alright, all that aside, I'm building a budget tactical / precision rifle and now all I need are rings and glass.

I know, you get what you pay for and for my high end / long range rifle I have a NightForce NXS so I know what good glass looks like, this is for a medium range plinker, don't want to break the bank but want to get the best value for money spent. I know there's the three ranges, Under a grand / Around a grand / Two grand and over. I'm trying to keep well within the Under a grand section

Great idea! I think I'll try that route for now, pick up a 6.5-20x50 with rings to my door for like $85... then after I can save up some more money, throw it on a .22LR and then pick up a Vortex Viper HS LR 4-16x50
