Ok so I blame you guys for talking me into a bolt gun as all I ever shot was a 1022.

Its a Savage Mark ii TR with a Vortex Crossfire II 6-24x50 BDC

This is with my first bolt gun a Mark ii BV with 4-16x50

My 1022 are you joking? Its not in the same league, just for fun I'll take it out tomorrow and compare it too the mark ii,s.The 1022 probably won't cycle the SK.

Lol funny you say that. I get flamed for saying anything bad about the 10/22.
I have an upgraded one. 3.75lbs loaded with trs25.
I also have a btvs. My first bought rifle. Was given my grandfathers cooey to learn on.
Anyway the btvs is a laser even with bulk ammo.
Not so much, even with a 1k+ 10/22

Nice rifles~congrats on the new TR! I spend 3 days behind a TR in 17HMR blasting gophers around this time last year. Did a find job of that. SK is great ammo, but I have a 22 that shoots CCI SV better than SK. Most of them shoot either well. Be sure to let your gun try a few different flavors.
