Another quick question

They're around. I think there's a good chance of finding one now that there are shorter barrels readily available. Dlask, Dominion Arms, Norinco ... Won't be cheap. Especially the 870P 14" OEM with a factory MOD choke. I've seen them as high as 400$ years ago.

sorry but "gorky"?

I figure I will end up having to go with a Dlask, or Norinco. Does a Norinco barrel use the ball detent system to secure? I may just keep the 18" until I can find a more economic Norc 14" barrel. It's a lot of dough just to have 6 fewer inches, and that could go towards a lot of other parts for a few different guns, or even another gun for the price of a Dlask. I dunno! lol

Funny how a barrel with less material costs more, just cause they know they can stick it to us lol

MikeT was referring to me. The only two shorty shotguns I run are a Fabarm 14" and a 12.5" DAC barrel on a Remmy 870.

Badboybeeson had a bunch of Norinco 14" bbls. Bought one from him; although there have been reports of poor fit and indexing with 870 receivers , mine indexes fine, works fine. Figure I've put 100+ slugs and 25 target shells through it since the fall.

14" 870= dandy bunny gun. With a scope, it throws slugs pretty straight, too.

I think I got his last 14". From what I hear most people fair well using the norinco barrels.
