Another reloading question

Shell holder and or press could be the cause.I was having the same problem then I bought a lee zero error loading set at a gun show and am using a small drill press as a press .no more run out 1/4inch from the tip of the bullet.
 
Well, measuring on the bullet where it would make contact with the lands I'm getting around 0.002" give or take a thou. I did have one that came out at .004. But anywhere down the ogive it becomes very inconsistent.
