I was very impressed with the level of service I received from Wanstalls in this past week.
I bought the BC Tactical handguards for my 858 and I was having some issues making them fit. They were extremely tight. When I bought them they said that if I had any problems just bring it back and they will look after it. Well I had issues with fitment, brought my rifle and handguard in, and they fixed it on the spot at no charge. Dean took the rifle downstairs, did some fitting and a little grinding and I was on my way. I'm very happy with my purchase.
I was so impressed I bought a new "tactical" soft rifle case that I was on the fence about buying. It was the least I could do.
Great staff and I will be buying from them again for sure. It's nice to know that great service has not completely disappeared from our society.
