Am I correct in the assumption that the removal of the two pins on the front site assemble will allow it to be removed?
Slid off?
If so then will a fine brass punch work?
Which side do they slide out of?
Are the pins re usable?
Anyone done this to their SKS yet?
BTW I'm asking as I want to try to replace the front sight assembly with one that has a bayonet lug and bayonet (spike type) still intact.
For Bear defense of course, and to help retain my cleaning rod.
