Another surplus question

I have a chance to buy surplus 7.62x54r head stamp 21/82. It has a red ring around the primer and a red ring around the bullet where it meets the casing. I do not have access to the original container and from what I can tell MAY be from Hungary. My question is simple...is it corrosive?
