I’m looking at getting a rifle on trade and one of the markings I haven’t been able to find

It is a 1944 Longbranch No4MkI *
Numbers match

Wrist is stamped England

There is a DH or PH struck on the right wrist

Is the rifle a sporter? Parker Hale marked actions in that spot with a PH.
