It's non-restricted. A buddy of mine just got one and I got to shoot it, it's pretty friggin awesome!.

Where did he get it? I'd be interested to know if the existing ISSC MK22 owners could swap out trigger parts or the entire lower receiver to take advantage of the better trigger setup
