Although there is no match 22 mag ammo (unlike .22LR), the odds are the Anschutz should have as good a barrel as you can get for the caliber. If you are looking at the one that's currently on the EE, that one has the added benefit of having double set triggers (the two triggers), which are not common on Anschutz rifles, especially the 54 action models. When set the DST should provide a light trigger pull for target shooting or a heavier pull when unset for hunting.
