Recently acquired a neglected Anschutz 6mm Flobert smoothbore gallery rifle and am in the process of taking it apart. I'm a sucker for lefty bolts and I just had to get it...
Does anyone know how to totally disassemble the bolt for cleaning and restoration? Do I have to remove the through-pin (red arrow) by the bolt head? Coin was placed to show bolt slightly cocked.
Edited to add: There's also a through-pin holding the cocking piece onto a main shaft that moves along main axis of bolt, I removed the pin and now at least the knurled knob is off...
I now can see that there might be a threaded and piece where the shaft moves through. Looks like it's threaded to the bolt body but for the life of me can't figure out how to remove it...
Shaft moves freely 360 degrees around hole as well as up-and-down through it, so no chance that it latches on to threaded piece.
