After researching the Anschutz instructional manuals on the internet, no information was obtained as to the torque for the Action Screws.

Any help would be appreciated.

very nice

That would be the square action not as fussy as the round.

Looking over at rimfirecentral.com the factory recommendation is 5Nm or 43.4in*lbs but they say if you aren't using Bellville cupped spring disc washers (it's a stack of washers) this is way too tight.

between 12in*lbs and 25in*lbs some saying the sweet spot around 14in*lbs w/o the washers

Being captain obviouse here... The thing to remember would be what gives the best result then you can just do it up to that torque in the future. If you have a wooden stock a change in humidity could be something to keep in mind.

Can you pass a dollar bill between the stock and barrel (free floated)?

I couldn't provide numbers, but I just use the special wrench supplied from the factory with my 1907 repeater. The design of the wrench limits the torque so that you just tighten until the wrench begins to flex. It has worked so well, that I don't bother with a torque screwdriver.
